How to Get there:-
From Inverurie go to Blairdaff, then head for Monymusk.
Approx 1m before Monymusk you cross the bidge over the river Don, and Pitfichie
castle can be seen on the right. At the top of the hill turn right, passthe
castle and continue along the road for 0.5m approx. Park at the corner at
Ord Mill, on the small road off to the right.

The Running Routes:-
Red Route:
From the meeting pointcar park, follow the tarmac road west around Pitfichie
Hill. Pass Rorandle farm, continue straight on at the next junction. On reaching
the woods on the left of the road again, follow the fire break up the steep
path for 200m approx. Follow the track to the right that skirts around
Pitfichie Hill. Keep straight on this track (the tracks dips with a path
down off the hill - dont take this!). The track will come to a clearing -
take the path down off the hill along the edge of a field to the farms before
joing the tramac road again. turn left a follow the orad back to the meeting
point.
